I brought my car in to be looked at for an exhaust leak. They put the car on the lift and quoted me $455 to do the repair. I questioned the price being very high. I was not going to do the repair but the manager there said they had a price match guarantee. I decided to have them do it since they said if I found it lower they would match the price. When I left there I went to Meinike to get a quote. To my surpirse, I was quoted $250. I dropped off the written estimate the very next day. 3 weeks later still no price match. Everytime I call there, I get the run around from the manager. I will never return there, nor would I recommend them to anyone. They overcharged me and have yet to make it right.

Great place to get your car oil change, a great place to fix your car. the manager been there for over 20 years very well rounded man for the business took care of me well and great timing I highly recommend the place. And the bathroom was updated handicapped accessible.

When ever I go into the monro in naugatuck I always see that the staff is efficient, hardworking and quick. I never leave there disappointed. Their manager Patrick does a great job keeping the place running and makes sure every customer leaves happy. Great Job Guys!

They just replaced my mufflers on my charger and did an amazing job and made sure I understood the cost the hold step of the way. They take their time and do a great job which is what I look for to automotive repair shop.

I have been going to Monroe in Naugy for over a year now & they are quick and cheap! If you have AAA, it is less than 20 bucks for a fast and efficient oil change. A+
