Honestly I dont even know why I come here anymore. I made my appointment online, received a confirmation and when I go in 4 hours later for my oil change, the manager claims it never went through his end of the system. How would I get a confirmation if it "never went through"? On top of that, he takes other people who have no appointments first. Why? Makes no sense. If I could give no stars that would not suffice as to the level of lack of service. The manager is always clueless and is never ever helpful. Its a huge inconvenience for me; theres a reason I set an appointment. This isnt the first time its happened either so shame on me for thinking it wouldnt happen again. This shop is a joke, they need a new manager and employees.

I was there at 7:30 am this morning and found the service outstanding. I was warmly greeted by the assistant manager, Michael La Chance who looked over my muffler problem and explained everything to me. It was a difficult issue to fix which necessitated him calling around to find the part needed to finish the job. It took quite a while to fix, but Mike kept me constantly updated on everything. It was easy to see that the staff really care about the customer on a personal level. I shall definitely be back for any servicing my vehicle requires!

They will rip you off. Sent my wife down to have dye added for AC Leak. Told her there was no leak and just needed a fill, tried to charge her over 250.00, she wouldnt pay it so they brought it back down to 70ish. Two weeks later AC is empty again.

Two words, "The Best". They always take my vehicle on the same day and I never leave there feeling ripped off. The gentleman that works upfront is truly a gentleman. He goes above and beyond.

IF your looking to get the run around for parts replaced and looking to pay extra come here ! they over charged after they had given me an estimate ! Car is still not in working condition !
