********CUSTOMERS BEWARE********* I just moved to Vermont from Montana (where Big-O-Tires was amazing) and decided to go to Tire Kingdom because it is a sister business to the one I was using in MT. I went in complaining of my steering wheel shaking when i slowed down and thought it was my breaks or alignment...they said theyd check it out and then told me i needed a new front tie rod and 4 new tires ($700+). When I left the car seemed to be working just fine but literally 2 miles down the road my steering wheel started shaking again. I went back and the same guy said "oh well its probably your rotors"...? I questioned him asking why he didnt check that in the first place when I complained of my steering wheel shaking when i slowed down and he made up some excuse and then said "we would have had to test drive it". UGH then why the hell didnt you take it for a test drive if thats the first thing that comes to your mind!?! They were rude to me from the get go and I will definitely not be returning for any type of service here. My family has been loyal customers to Big-O-Tires and their sister companies for close to 15 years and I will continue to go to the one in Montana when I return. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING!!! They have horrible people skills and customer service.

I have been a TireKingdom Customer for many years and my hats off to these guys. I went in looking for tires for my Avalanche and couldnt decide. The guys rolled out a dozen or so, tires for me, all while answering my every question. At this point, I was the customer all employees dread. After finally deciding, I made an appointment for the next morning to get 4 tires put on my truck. My tires were ordered and were to be at the shop the next morning. When I got there the next morning, they told me the warehouse screwed up and sent the wrong tires. They apologized for the problem, because I was getting the tires on and I was immediately driving out of state and I was already running late. Given that the fault lied on Tire Kingdom, they upgraded me to a tire nearly twice the cost of the original tires. I am happier with the upgrade! The work was done in a timely manner and done right. Most other shops would have done nothing to make it right or even cared, but they did. As for the previous negative ratings , I didn't see it. My experience was good and I will return again as well as recommend them to others. KUDOS GUYS!!!!!

The warranty/asst manager Bill at the Williston, Vermont store was very helpful in a nightmare in getting 4 Yokohama brand new tires replaced that were sold to me by Heritage Ford in South Burlington during their big Ford tire promo last spring. Heritage took one look at them after selling them, rebalanced, still wobbled, then told me it would cost $85 to do another inspection if they didnt find any problems with the tires. I refused, and went looking for a tire dealer that would adjust Yokohama tires. Tire Kingdom was recommended, and after a total of 6 visits over 2 months, which never cost me anything, the last two front tires were replaced this week and the car finally drives straight down the road with no wobbling or road noise. According to several people I talked to through this, apparently after the tsunami in Japan, there were lots of supply and QC problems, and my original 4 tires with sequential serial numbers, were part of that batch. What a pain, but a Heritage was a thumbs down, Tire Kingdom is thumbs up, and they didnt even sell me the tires.

In August 2015, my car was towed to NTG at the recommendation of AAA. I was told that my alternator had overheated, and had melted my battery. They replaced both items at a whopping $900+, which I paid because I was in the process of moving and desperately needed my car. On Saturday, January 7, 2017, that same car died on the highway. Everything shut down while I was driving with my young daughter, at approximately 50mph. Again, at the recommendation of AAA I was towed to another repair center. He has just informed me that my alternator and battery are dead, and that neither look like they were replaced just over a year ago. The mechanic will replace both with AAA approved parts for less than $400. I have contacted AAA to notify them, that NTB should be investigated, and subsequently removed from their AAA-approved list, and believe me, Im not done with NTB. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! This is how we stop corruption; we start at home and report these businesses.

I brought my car for inspection and tpms sensor fix which is why my car failed previous place. They failed my car inspection for check engine which will be auto fail 2018 but is a conditional pass this year. Engine coolant sensor is why check engine was on and I explain to them what I was told by several mechanics it was conditional pass. The clerk wouldnt let me talk to mechanics and argued and lied about it. I took my car to another garage and passed with paperwork stating conditional pass which is what I explained. If they said it was policy I wouldnt have wrote this review but I hate being lied to. The clerk told me he was on board for inspections which was another lie. Tpms sensor was cheap fix but I dont like liars. If you want people who will fail your cars inspection for something that will pass at other places and than lie to you about come here.

The Kings of up-sell! I accompanied my girlfriend while she had four new snow tires mounted on her sedan. Of course, they found a few thousand dollars worth of things wrong while doing their "safety inspection" (this is not a joke). We declined everything but having the front brakes done, but we should have looked closer at the estimate. For two disc brakes, rotors, and a fluid change the cost was over $500! On what planet does a quart of brake fluid cost $70? Anyhow, we wont be returning here ever again, and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. I had a good experience at Vermont Tire on Williston Road in South Burlington when I had to get a flat fixed, so I would recommend checking them out over Tire Kingdom. They are locally owned, as well.

Very sleezy, had my tires mounted and balanced on winter rims, and told them I didnt want them on the car yet as it was only september and I would come back closer to the Winter months, they of course said no problem as the price was built in to what I paid and it would be free. Low and behold when November came around they had suddenly become too busy to simply take my old tires off the car and put my winter ones on, literally a 5 minute job, I came back the next day and they refused again but then asked me for a few side dollars and said they could probably fit me in. No Thanks A-hole, I already paid you jerks. Done going here after being a regular customer for over a year (and I drive A LOT)

Saw some of the bad reviews and since I had a good experience I had to come on here and offset with my own experience. Wife got a flat, we called AAA and had them put on the spare while I drove home from work, I had her take my car and called NTB, the guy on the phone was super friendly and said "bring it on over and well fix you right up." Brought the car over, didnt even have to walk back home. They patched the tire up, super inexpensive fix, they didnt try to sell me two new tires because of a screw in the tire (tread was fine, I was curious whether they would try to or not and they didnt). Seemed like no-nonsense good service to me!
