Toward the end of my time with GCA, they changed so much of the parkour facility. They sacrificed training space for sell-ability & tighter security by placing a rather large desk near the entrance & expanding the size of the viewing room. This would have been fine except they eliminated 2 of the adult classes, merged the remaining adult classes with the more experienced childrens classes, & changed the hours. They also started putting the adults on a waitlist to join in classes & they eliminated the drop-in option for adults. If you are an adult looking to train in parkour, this is not the place to do it.

Would love for my kids to continue but they wont go back. Said the staff wasnt nice at all. We had 2 experiences where a staff member handled conflict inappropriately. Screaming and yelling at kids in front of a class is never a solution. Ive had a few friends who had the same experience. Its a shame that they dont hire people with more child education skills and patience! Kids will always have a hard time focusing in this type of environment, especially when they are excited.

The facility has a ton of options for kids of most ages. Theres also a pretty big climbing room / gymnasium that younger kids can play in between classes or while their sibling is in a class. The only drawback with the facility are the really narrow hallways that can be tough to get through during peak class time.

Over priced, unorganized, unprofessional and lack communication between employees and lacks communication to those who are signed up. But there really isnt another Parkour place nearby. However coach Tom and some of the others are good with the kids, which is why we stay.
