I took three pairs of jeans here to be hemmed. I didnt have any misgivings because I used to take things here all the time when I was in high school and I never had an issue. I paid for all three pairs to have an original hem done ($72 total). I was shocked to discover when I got home that only one pair (ironically the cheapest pair....) had been correctly hemmed. The other two pairs, which cost in excess of $150 each, were butchered. Not only did they not do an original hem, the seams arent even straight! One of the benefits of an original hem, besides the appearance, is that it ensures that the ankle is the correct width. Not so here! Because they didnt use the original hem the pants flair out at the ankle. Truly looks awful! Im wondering if an experienced professional hemmed one pair and then maybe a novice did the other two.... Im going in first thing on Monday and I hope they do the right thing and refund me the cost of the jeans.

If you have an important event and need something cleaned, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! With 4 dry cleaning places on BRT alone, you would think this place would work hard to retain customers, but these people apparently would rather shun away customers then admit they made a mistake. My husband recently moved to the area a vigilantly took his shirts there to get cleaned every week. Realizing he wanted to switch jobs, he needed to get a suit cleaned before a HUGE interview. The morning of, he swung by Superior and they told him they LOST HIS SUIT. Needless to say, that was a disaster and when they finally found it, they had the audacity to charge him full price, with no apology. Assuming they have a lot of business solely because they are located next door to a very popular bakery; it certainly isnt their customer service bringing people to them. Run, dont walk away from this place!

I brought in 3 of my favorite blouses and all of them had pen marks on them. My 5 year old decided that they would look better if she drew on the front pockets (at least shes consistent). When I got them back, I could not find a single trace of the pen marks! The manager told me he worked on the stains himself because it looked difficult and I almost thought it wouldnt come out. Thank god it worked. I bought the blouses years ago and for the life of me, I cant find them anywhere these days.

If I had known that the delivery prices were the same as regular prices, I would have signed up for delivery a long time ago. I leave stuff in my garage on Monday, and when I get home from work on Wednesday, theres a row of clean clothes waiting for me. Sometimes, Ill just drop off stuff myself just so I have an excuse to go to Billys Bakery next door (I always get a tuna bagel, apple crumb tart, and hazelnut coffee.... god that sounds good right now).

I tried to reach them to make a new order after they appolgize hundred of times about what happened and they told me that i have about 250~$ as outstanding balance from the previous order which i paid in full. They said they will reach to MR.Le , which i requested them to have him call me hundreds of time and they refused because he is MR.Le

They ruined 2 very expensive silk dresses of mine that were brand new!! I also got stuff back with more stains than I sent it in with! DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

Fairly decent service and the dry-cleaning work is pretty good. I get the delivery service when I can, and its pretty convenient.
