Is there same day service or not? That seems to be the question that they cannot answer. I am a new customer to this business and was looking for a cleaner that allowed me to drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening. A few weeks ago, I was able to do that. I brought my things in at 11am and they said would be ready by 5:30. They have a big sign that says "In by 12, out by 5". I arrived at 6 and got my things- excellent! I went there earlier this week and tried the same. Except when I asked if I could pick up my dry cleaning later, the gentlemen said "No". Didnt look up at me and didnt give me any options (two customer service cardinal sins right there). I said "It is 11am. I thought I had until 12 to drop off to be able to pick up same day. Id really like to pick up tonight". He said "We did the load of wash at 9 am". My comment about doing the same in the recent past was not answered. Fortunately, I was able to pick up a pair of black pants later that day but everything else had to wait unto the next (shirts and two other pairs of pants). When I returned that evening to get the black pants, I asked the girls for clarification on the policy. One checked to see if the rest of my things were ready- she said if I dropped off at 11 they should be ready (they were not). The other said "It all depends on when he does the wash". I said "but the sign says drop off by noon and pick up by 5". The reply was "Well sometimes they do the wash earlier and if you said you really needed it, he would have done it for you". I said "I did say I really needed it and the only thing he could have ready was the black pants". The next reply was Oh, I dont know then". Everyone there seems like a nice person. My 2 other experiences there were fine. But as a busy professional, business owner and dad, I need same day service. Period. When I see a sign that says drop off by 12 and pick up by 5, I expect to be able to do that. As a customer service exec, I may have a higher standard than others in terms of what is good service. By no definition was this a good customer experience. Perhaps one day I will give a second chance- for now, Ill go back to the place a few hundred feet down the road where I know I can get my dry cleaning same day. I hope the establishment owners read this and make adjustments to their service because like I said- they all seem like nice people.

They lost a button to my dress blues. It was a major inconvenience, had to buy new ones myself. Other than that they do a good job cleaning and pressing, no complaints there. Just be careful with any uniforms (military/police/fire dept.) when you go
