fineThey are weird, i have been working with them for three years. I have left another negative feedback last week after they picked up my clothes for a week which i did not recive them all yet. They clean some of the stuff and they douple the prices on the rest so they did not clean it yet. They called me and they said if you dont remove your negtive feedback they will not clean and will not work anymore. Which i told them i can change according to the services i will receive. I reqsuted to speak to the manger or the owner, so the people in the store keep telling me that they driver is the manger and when he comes he neglect to be the manager and he refre me to speak to the office again. Tehy never tells you who is charge and who can you complain to about their services. They said it is Mr.Le and there is no way to reach him at all. They called me again today , and they said they will not clean my clothes if i dont change my feedback and they may not send it to me. I dont know how is that professional to customers !! I owe them some money which i will pay anyway whenever i recive my clothes. I dont think that i am the only one that compalined latley about their changes Right now ; They hold my stuff in their shops , and they are saying they will not give me anything until i remove the feedback. BE AWARE OF THEM ----- Update: They called to change the feedback after they reduced the price to the original one as by Mr.Le order ,Which i did pay for and they brought the stuff to me , many of them were UNCLEANED and UNTOUCHED, they just put them in hangers. ----- Update: I tried to reach them to make a new order after they appolgize hundred of times about what happened and they told me that i have about 250~$ as outstanding balance from the previous order which i paid in full. They said they will reach to MR.Le , which i requested them to have him call me hundreds of time and they refused because he is MR.Le . -------- Update: May 6 I stopped today by them and I find a nice old guy. I dropped off 3 pairs of pants to be tailored and picked up Monday. The lady never tailored my pants, but charged me $20 for dry cleaning I never asked for. Then I was forced to pay a additional $18 just to get the tailor service I requested when thats all I wanted. I will never return to this place again and customer service was extremely poor.

I just learned about this cleaners in downtown Bridgeport. All I can say is... FINALLY! I usually drop my stuff off in Fairfield, but I work in Bridgeport, so this is ultra convenient for me. Plus, the manager is really friendly. He even gave me a %50 discount even though I lost my coupon.

Fast service and great customer service! The woman cleaned my jacket within a timely fashion and the price is reasonable. Great hours (closes at 7pm). Definitely my "go to" cleaners.
