Horrible experience! Dropped off 19 items. Picked up 18. They had lost a pair of pants. I was Clearly positive on amount of items. Also had receipt! The lady tried telling me that I was wrong. She also was the one who I had dropped items off in first place. Said that it could have been a skirt and the receipt was in correct. When I had not dropped off any skirts! Nothing was done about the situation! So she took my receipt and said she will get back to me.

This place does an excellent job on my laundered shirts and dry cleaned suits, but the best judge of customer service is when something doesnt go right. Full refund, no questions asked. They earned my return business.
