We recently took a beautiful $1,000 Madeline Weinrib cotton carpet for cleaning at this place. They completely ruined it: The edges were frayed from where they hung it to dry, the color was washed out, it shrunk significantly. When we asked the owners son to make good on their mistake, he was peevish and inconsiderate and refused acknowledge the damage. This may have been a good place when the parents were running it. But the new generation of management is not only incompetent, but rude and not customer-focused. Based on our experience, we warn anyone who is thinking about using this establishment, BEWARE. Do not trust them with any valuable items, you will be sorry.

We brought our christening gown thats more than 30 years old to be cleaned and fixed for my niece. They did a wonderful job cleaning it and fixing it. Matched the lace and made it look just like it did. Couldnt be happier.
