Terrible experience. Chipped paint in obscure places, "new" wheel well trim that was chipped, 3 days longer than originally estimated (I can actually live with this if it meant a quality job), broke my shift knob (and when I picked it up after they were supposed to fix it -- they accepted responsiblity and ordered the new part - they said that they wouldnt replace it and I had to bring it to the dealership), bent support bar on the door they had to repair, and left the car absolutely filthy (they dry wiped the interior after leaving it in a dirt lot with the door off...dirt smears everywhere and caked dirt in the creases of the seat). The most telling sign of the workmanship here is the shift knob. It immediately fell off when I shifted the car into Drive. When I walked back into the shop, the rep said "that didnt happen here." If it wasnt for wet glue all over my hand and broken piece, I have no idea how I could have won this arguement. The cover-up attempt was poor, thankfully. Insurance verified my gripes (and then some). The entire job was re-done at another auto body shop. Save yourself a headache and avoid this shop.

Traynor Auto Body is excellent. I was rear-ended, and the insurance company recommended Traynor. I could not be more pleased. They were accomodating, friendly, helped me with my transportation needs, and did everything on-time and on-schedule, with great communication. I was most surprised when I saw the bill - more than reasonable for the work they did. I would use Traynor for any auto body need and highly recommend them.

Terrific auto body shop! Very profesisonal staff and facility. Repair work as done perfectly and the team went above and beyond the call of duty with the workmanship. Customer service was also top notch as they kept me informed each step of the way with what was happening with both the repairs as well as insurance process. Could not have been happier with the service and work and will use them for any future needs.

Highly recommended auto body shop - weve taken our cars there on a number of occasions and wouldnt go anywhere else in Fairfield. Fairly priced and they do excellent work. Weve worked with Rick and hes gone out of his way to help us on a number of occasions. Recently, Im embarrassed to admit that I messed up the drivers side door just two weeks after they had repaired it. They fixed it at no charge!
