Awful and again awful. Bait and Switch practiced at this dealership Day One. Walked in, was treated like a nuisance instead of a prospect. No one tried to sell me a vehicle. All staff seamed uninterested and otherwise occupied. Went with a loyal Honda owner and she assured me her normal experience with this particular dealer wasnt so bad. Was convinced to put in an offer on Honda CR-V. Day Two. Negotiated a price over the phone, came to dealership to pick a vehicle off the lot. I noted to the salesman that the vehicle I chose seemed to have suffered a bit while on the lot as it had dead leaf debris in the windshield well. I asked if they had another vehicle of the same make. He assured me they did in the "warehouse" and he would sell me that vehicle. I gave him my insurance information and actually switched my insurance while waiting for the "car to arrive from warehouse" I asked him again "Is the vehicle you gave me the VIN number for the one I want, the warehoused vehicle? He looked me straight in the face and lied. I had a feeling that something wasnt right and I went outside to see if the vehicle that I looked at was still parked in its spot. Of course not. When confronted salesman continued to lie. Spending a large amount of money on a vehicle is stressful enough as a single mom. To be taken advantage of and treated poorly at every turn at a dealership is an awful, sick feeling. Ladies (or anyone who cares about one.) Do not go to this dealer.

Excellent!!! I had only used Honda of Westport once before for a company recall. Always took my 2005 Honda Accord to a more local place for oil changes, tires, and routine check-ups. But I thought I had noticed "the car sits less solidly on the road" after hitting an immense pothole and some accelerating when I was slowing down...... so when my local people thought it might be something with the transmission....I made an appointment with Honda of Westport. I saw the sign: diagnostics $100, but decided to go ahead. My car needs to be safe! The person at the service desk listened to my story carefully and then asked: is it ok if someone takes a ride in it? Absolutely fine. So Pat Le Clair, Service Director, took my car and me for an 8mile + ride in the neighborhood. His diagnosis: this car handles as if it were 6 months old, the steering appears to be fine; he explained the "acceleration" I experienced, there is nothing unusual about it. The charge for all of this 000; he gave me his card and invited me to come back some time for an oil change......I did a couple of days ago because I had a coupon. They did I dont know how many check-ups in addition to changing the oil. The car sounds better and feels smoother than before and it cost me $ 20. I hope I get more coupons from them, and even if I dont, I may just make them my place to go to. The service could not be better!!!!!! The lounge is comfortable and the coffee is very good!

I had been to a few Honda dealerships in CT and felt lied to and deceived about prices, warranties, and fees. I was tired of pushy sales reps but wanted to give Honda of Westport a chance, since Id serviced my car there for the past 3 years and have had great experiences with their service department. Kam made me feel so much at ease that I happily purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from him! The process was very quick. Kam explained everything fully and I really felt as though he had my best interests in mind - I never felt cheated or up-sold. When I was ready to drive my new car home, he made sure that I was totally comfortable with the car and all of the features and even helped me program the speed dials! Ivo was also wonderful and walked me through all the financing paperwork, stopping to answer all of my questions and providing me with enough time to read through all the documents completely - none of the "these are standard forms, just sign here, I explained this all to you already" nonsense you can encounter with financing departments. I am SO happy that I came to Honda of Westport and cannot say enough great things about Kam and Ivo - if you want an incredible experience (no pressure, no uncomfortable feelings about the purchase, no worries at all), then ask for Kam!! He truly made this one of the best purchasing experiences of my life.

We had heard good things about Honda of Westport, so when we decided it was time to move on from our 2004 Pilot, we went directly to Westport. The site was very informative and had plenty of pictures, along with a good run down of the features each vehicle had. On a whim I got on their chat client and was connected with Luis Velez within a few minutes. We had already secured financing and were interested in taking one of their Pilots for a test drive. He was able to arrange for the test drive same day, with only a few hours notice and we fell in love. He had our old Pilot appraised and was able to get us more than she booked for. We started the paperwork on the spot. The test drive and paperwork started on a Thursday evening. Friday we took care of insurance and financing. Saturday she was ready for delivery. We sat in with Sonia while Luis made sure the Pilot was ready to roll, extra clean, and decked out in new mats. We signed over the old Pilot (was a sad moment), signed for the new one, and rolled off. Really great experience, great deal and great service.

Just leased an Accord with Alex. Fantastic guy - knowledgeable, honest, and a real pleasure to work with. I went into the dealership with an ad, asked if they have inventory (which they had plenty of) at the price offered (a fantastic deal might I say), test drove the car and DONE in 20 minutes. No haggling, no negotiating, price honored as advertised without question. Smoothest car buying experience ever. After leaving a deposit, I decided to change the trim of the vehicle the day I was suppose to pick-up the car after the dealership had already completed the paperwork for the original unit. Danny the General Sales Manager was very accommodating and had the "new" car ready for me that same afternoon. I cant say enough good things about Honda of Westport. If anyone is considering a Honda, this is THE place. You wont regret it!

I am not sure about buying a car, but the service is really horrible. I called about the airbag and ended up driving there 2 times, to get a rental car and both times, i went there for nothing. I was very specific on the phone that I needed a car with a trunk because I need to fit my stroller and they attempted to give me less than a full size vehicle. Then, they said they will call me next week when the cars were in. Its been 3 weeks no call. Some people are getting their cars back already from the Greenwich Honda, while I got never around to getting a rental. I called the Greenwich Honda and surely enough they will get my car in next week. Simply horrible, they should at least follow up with people and not make them drive there for nothing. I am a mother of multiple children with a FT job. I dont appreciate this "oversights"
