Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Theyve been working on my car for the past 7 weeks. Lying about when itll be done, postponing when itll be completed week after week, when it was supposed to be finished October 21st. Need I mind you the car wasnt even totaled. They continue make excuses about its hard to find the right parts, or saying its a complex car to work on (not to mention they put the wrong parts on the car at first), meanwhile they said they know what theyre doing when it comes to this truck, most other shops will mess it up. Hah. We also left it at a family friends body shop to get an estimate the day of the accident, September 3rd. It was brought there only to get an estimate for the insurance adjuster, no work was done. Then they blamed that shop for messing up the car and removing parts. What a sick joke for a professional company. Unprofessional, uneducated as well rude. They hung up on my father 2 times on the phone, asking why he keeps calling. The reason he kept calling was because he would ask if it was done when they promised it would be done this day, week after week. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague!

Fantastic experience. I went in because the valet of a hotel messed up my car and they were on the list for their Insurance company. The insurance company did not give them all the information and the Hotel was no help at all when they reached out. I feel they went above and beyond trying to help me get it all figured out, helping me with the insurance company and getting me into a rental. My car was fixed. I picked it up. They handled the rental return for me. I got back to my normal life. No one ever hopes they will need a body shop, but if I ever do again I will have NO hesitation coming back here. They are all friendly and made me feel like they were in it with me, rather than making me feel like it was all my problem to figure out. Absolutely loved it!

I went in for a simple front bumper repair I received my vehicle two days later that wasnt an issue at all but their were two big issues. First when I went to pick up my vehicle the battery was dead and it took a long time to charge it that shows how unprofessional this body shop is. If they knew that the battery had died they should have left it on for a while for the battery to recharge but no it was a huge inconvenience. Second when I dropped off my vehicle all the lights in my vehicle were working fine, now I find that the daytime running lights are not working I will be going in tomorrow seeking for an explanation and for them to repair their incompetent work. Horrible experience at this body shop.

Went to Sunken Meadow Auto Collision about 6 months ago to get my front bumper repainted. They gave the most expensive quote around but since I wanted the best work I went for it thinking it was worth it. In reality they do a mediocre job for the money, the paint job didnt include blending and so the unmatched paint was very noticeable. 6 months later the paint is chipping due to what they call bumper flexing which doesnt make sense to me. Big chunks of paint chips are falling off. Not worth it for the money, they wont fix it. Maybe if you go through insurance and they overcharge them they would do a decent job. If you are paying out of your own pocket look somewhere else because they cut corners.

Very horrible. Staff is incredibly rude. They have had my car for over a month now. They have given us a promise date along with my insurance on when my car will be done. Still till this day I do not have my car. The rental place that they set you up with is a scam as well. They do NOT keep up to date with me or my husband. Very bad service. Not a place to go to unless you are willing to pay a rental company a lot of money while the auto body shop keeps your car for longer than supposed to. Save your money and time!

after i got some damage to the front of my car i went to sunken meadow auto. they talked to me like a person and got my car fixed 3 days sooner than they said it would take. the price was fair and i am very happy with the work and the people that helped me. honest and affordable
