“I chose Town Line Body Shop. They are the best and you want to know why?” I cant express how strongly I truly appreciate Town Line Body Shop. After being involved in an accident that could have easily killed me, I brought my vehicle to Town Line. Upon their initial review, they determined that the cost of repairs would exceed the value of my car. My car had been garaged and maintained to the best of my ability and I was really in a bind. I thought for sure that I was going to have to scrap my vehicle for whatever I could get for it. The management completely understood my situation and after reviewing everything they offered to perform only what was necessary to make the car structurally reliable and close in paint colors for a significantly reduced price. I was contacted by Town Line because my car was ready for pickup after about 1.5 weeks and they completely restored/rebuilt the vehicle and performed all the work, including the work that they said they would not include. I am positive it was because of their commitment to excellence. My car now looks brand NEW again and it is completely because of their dedication to their customers and excellence. I have no doubt that if it had been any other body shop, I would have been stuck with nothing left to do but scrap my vehicle, instead I have my vehicle completely restored. Thank You, TOWN LINE BODY SHOP!

Its taken a long time for me to put this review up. I was rear ended last August and took my SUV here. I was given the utmost confidence that the work would be above and beyond my expectations and that it is guaranteed. They did the repairs but let the insurance adjuster take the reigns as to what was going to be paid for. The repairs that were made were enough to send me home happy but as soon as I started using the car again I noticed the trunk didnt open properly, I noticed a light out that was supposed to be replaced and the paint job was not done properly. I returned the car for repairs, twice. They became annoyed and all of a sudden their "guarantee" became deemed to become null and void. There is SO much more to this story but I wont bore you. I have to live with their crappy work every day and today I was annoyed enough to finally sit down and write this review. The trunk is still not aligned properly which looks terrible and the paint job bubbled and has since turned rusty. So thanks a lot Town Line. No recommendations coming from me.

A new driver backed into my parked vehicle while I was out of state and demolished the front, passenger side door. Fortunately, I was still able to drive the vehicle and contacted Rich to survey the damage when I returned home to Connecticut. I had previously used other local shops for auto body repairs, but had heard good things about Town Line from friends and relatives and wanted to give them a shot for this job. Everything about the experience was top-notch. While they were extremely busy and it took a couple of weeks to get an appointment, they handled everything with the insurance and rental car companies perfectly. More importantly, my vehicle came back looking better than ever. Thanks to Rich for a job well done and to Heather for great communication and customer service. I will definitely be back if Im ever unfortunate enough to require Town Lines services again.

Town Line was exceptional in repairing my vehicle. I have a 2014 GMC Acadia Denali that was damaged due to a deer running into the side of it. After the damage I considered selling the car however town Line changed all of that. The car was repaired timely, they coordinated the estimate, the insurance payments and rental car. The result though is the perfect repair they made to the car you cannot tell that the damage ever occurred. I highly recommend them as a friendly and talented repair shop.

Had Town Line fix our Buick Lacrosse that had sustained heavy rear damage. They did a Fantastic Job in repair and repaint. Rich and his staff are to be commended for their GREAT workmanship and friendly and guiding process in the repair. The car looks Fantastic, as good as new! Matched the silver metallic paint perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend Town Line to anyone who requires Body work on their vehicle. Their attention to detail and Quality are unmatched!

I have now used Town Line Body on two separate occasions, both times they far exceeded my expectations. Rich walked us through the entire process and made it simple and straight forward. The car looks excellent, they returned it to better than new condition which is a difficult task as I am very meticulous. While I hope to have no further incidents with the vehicle, if it should happen at least I know exactly who to call.

Unfortunately this is the second time we had to use Town Line Auto Body for repairs. In both instances dealing with them was a wonderful experience. They were, friendly, professional and their prices were very reasonable. They did an excellent job repairing our car. Both times. Great place for auto body work. Very responsive team took care of cleaning up a dent and scratch I put on the bumper of my husbands brand-new truck. The work is flawless (according to my husband), and very affordable. Having found these folks through the recommendation of a friend, I can now offer the same strong recommendation.
