The 1st time I made an appointment online for 9:30am. The dealer called to confirm and asked if I could do 10am instead. i agreed, Then I got a confirmation email for 9:30am??? I called to confirm the time the day before and they said they had me in for 1pm??!! So I cancelled and rescheduled for the next Saturday at 9am. I went in for the new appointment and granted I was there about 10 minutes early, but waited for about 5 minutes and then went into the showroom looking for someone to help. There was an older gentleman who was there before me for an oil change who was waiting longer than me and they helped him, then took the keys to my car and brought it in right along with his.( about 9:05). There was no one at the desk the whole time so around 9:50 I asked what was taking so long? They told me there was a problem with the oil distribution system and it would be done in a couple minutes. 10 minutes later I still saw my car on the lift. I went and asked them to drop my car off the lift because I had to go! He said they were filling it with oil now and I would have the car in a couple minutes. And he started giving me attitude! I have always changed the oil in my vehicles and will return to that practice. Keep in mind I am saying that even though my oil change was free! 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change is crazy! I would rather go buy oil and a filter for $70 or so and change the oil myself...in about 25 minutes than go back there!

When I started shopping for a Volt, I sent inquiries out to a few nearby dealerships, with specific questions related to the Volt. Every other dealership sent a standard form response back, asking me to come in for a test drive without answering a single question. Over the next few days I received numerous emails and phone calls from them asking when I would come in for a test drive, which got annoying fast. Woodbury Chevrolet responded personally to my inquiry, with informative answers to my questions, and did not pressure me to come in. That alone was enough to earn my respect and my business. When I did come down to the dealership, Jim Watson was easy to work with, arranged a test drive, and made the purchase process pleasant and relaxing, no pressure at all. Overall a great experience!
