Dont go here. I gave them a plastic bumper cover To paint which needed to be roughed up with scotch pads and properly prepped. Definitely not trusting them with my car, especially after seeing all the horribly disfigured cars outside that they painted. One car was green but supposed to be black and others had orange peel, unnecessarily painted things that were not taping or taped poorly, paint runoff and debris under the paint, etc... that should have been a sign to stay away, but I was giving them a bumper cover to paint... how hard can that be with no taping?? I get it back and notice the bumper was not prepped properly because the paint is chipping. I know what a rock chip is, but the normal and expected chips from road debris where expanding and bubbling from the center outwards, revealing the basic plastic bumper... not scuffed or properly prepped. Cheap and horrific work because they didnt prep the plastic bumper AND,... it was just the bumper cover!. How could you mess something up that simple with no taping? Just paint it! I filled a claim with my credit card and maaco repainted it after putting up a fuss. This first horrible paint job was with a manger who was fired. Marcus the new manager offered to repaint it after my credit company called them. Before I gave them my bumper a second time, I stripped the paint and scuffed it up myself because obviously I cant trust them to properly do it. This time, there are a few spots of dirt/dust visible under the paint! How does that always happen here but other more expensive shops it doesnt? How lazy are you that you let that happen and dont care to fix it or even wet sand it out before a customer picks it up??? Its clear Maaco is cheap, doesnt care about their quality of work and only are after your money. Only time will tell how this second paint job will hold up to everyday conditions. What I do know is that if this happens again and the paint chips and flakes off a second time, Im filing another complaint with my credit company. 4 pics are of the first paint job with the chipping/flaking paint and 4 pics are of the second paint job with the dirt/dust.

Worst experience here - I highly recommend you take your car elsewhere unless you want to waste your money. I had to have the bumper repaired and painted on my brand new car last month. My car is now two different shades of white. After admitting they made a huge mistake and claiming this "never happens," Maaco offered to repaint the bumper to match the rest of my car 1 month later as a complimentary service. After bringing it back for a second time, and being without a car for 2+ days again, my car is STILL two-toned AND the employees left grease stains all over the light tan leather interior. Being without my car for approx. 4 days total within a month was not only a huge hassle and inconvenience, but Maaco refused to give any type of refund or provide a rental car while they had my car in the shop fixing THEIR mistake. For a place that is known exclusively for auto body painting, I am extremely disappointed as my money (and a lot of time) was wasted on an amateur paint job. If you are looking for professionalism and quality service, do not go to Maaco.

The best Macco you can go to in CT! I originally went to Hamden Macco but felt a little nervous because of all the bad reviews I saw online. I decided to go the extra mile to Manchester to see if they were any better. Second I arrive, I notice the workers here looked a lot more professional. Place was clean/neat. So I gave it a shot. They took about a week and a half, a little longer than I wanted but it was worth it, they did an amazing job. Got to meet the guy who painted my car, very nice guy. He commutes from mass to work everyday. I thanked him for doing an awesome job. The shop has a new manager and hes squared away! He apologize for the delay of my car and promised me I would be 100% happy with my car and I am! Thank you guys, Will recommend you guys to friends and family!

I dropped off my car 6-1-16 My car has been at Maaco 60 day as of todays date 8-6-16 I can also prove my claim Im a dealer Im also a repeated customer over years Im very disappointed and frustrated with Ben front counter manager he cant keep his work on any thing he says hang the phone up on me Im more mad at the unprofessional way Ben handled the situation than the time lost if ur looking for professionalism he mite not be the rite guy I think Maaco paint job are great body work guys work hard but the front desk is a reputation of Maaco a commission is not worth losing good customers 60 days is not good business if u cant handle the job dont take the job

Ben at MAACO was professional and courteous - I would highly recommend! I brought in my moms 97 Hyundai for paint work. I chose the basic package and was very impressed with how well it came out! The cars original black paint was peeling off - after it was finished it looked almost brand new. Ben explained how this location doesnt use enamel paint and uses a higher quality urethane. Also, I got an estimate from another Maaco location and the Manchester location was $100 cheaper out the door with a better quality paint.

my experience with this company was terrible had to drive 40 mins back and forth at least 4 time within a few months because of the crappy paint jobs they did on my car everytime i came back and i had a complaint about the paint job they did none of them never want to own up to they own mistakes that being said i will never give this company the time or day to ever do any work on my car ever and will never recommend to anyone you want a paint job done the right way take your car and money eslewhere

As a former employee of maaco I highly recommend that you try to look elsewhere before coming here. The prices are to good too be true for a reason, they skip steps and dont think twice. Ive seen OK work come through, but usually its pretty butched. I went to Lincoln tech and worked at a reputable shop, this my friends is a whole in the wall shop. Good luck to anyone who decides to take the chance here.

They skip steps and the paint eventually fails. They only care about your money, not your car. Dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews... they are faked by Maaco employees to make their horrible reviews look better
