I took two cars here in succession to get both exterior detailed and one interior detailed. When I called and asked them about their services I wanted to make sure the interior detail would take care of a problem under the back seat. When I got the car back I thought that whatever was left was there for a lifetime. When I got it back most of the gaps between the doors had residual powder and little white scratches and whatnot from whatever wax was used. I noticed slowly how little had actually been done to the interior. Under the seat still had lyme from what had been spilled in it, the windows had not been washed, a layer of dust remained behind the steering wheel, and the vinyl was still awfully dull, and the seats were still dirty. Several weeks ago my father and I shampooed the seats, and much to my surprise they looked almost brand new. Protectant was used on all the vinyl and it looks great. So Im wondering what I spent $200 for them to do that I did myself in a couple of hours. I called Mike up and told him what had happened and at first he seemed very nice, he wanted to see the car so I brought it to him the next day. He offered me a refund for the interior job or a replacement seat because the rear seat was damaged from the previous owner. He told me he would call early the next week about the seat. I didnt hear from him when he said he would call, so I left a message with the gate keeper who answers the phones. I called several times the next week. Still no word from Mike. Three weeks went by and when I finally got a hold of him, I asked why he hadnt called me back. He started yelling at me about how he hadnt had time to make it to check out the Jeep seats. I couldnt believe he was yelling at me about it! Mike decided to refunded me less than half of what I paid them for the job when the whole thing was shoddy. I was really dissatisfied with the service I was given there, I expected a lot more for the amount I paid them and definitely not to get yelled at when they messed it up. I have gotten way better detailing done elsewhere for less money. I will not trust them to detail my car again, I wouldnt have gone to them in the first place if I knew this was how it would go. I definitely do not recommend Custom Auto Body to anyone else-there are plenty of other places in the area that do a better job than these guys.

Man what a complete letdown! I brought BMW in for collision work on the recommendation of a friend. I was told to speak with Mike (which I did) and he gave me an estimate for the job. Pricey! What I didnt know was that Mike has basically handed over the place to his son. $2400+ of body work to the front of the vehicle. He gave me a 3-day estimate of work and took 7. It has been a couple of months and the paint is peeling off the bumper and front passenger panel. There are ripples developing in other areas. When I brought it back to the shop I got a bullshit response that it was somehow my fault. I brought the car to BMW and to Ricks where they both said that the work that was done on the car was "terrible." The man at Ricks asked if I did the work myself or had some teenager do it! So guess what? It will cost me another $2000 to fix the repair. No insurance will cover it and i was told that my only way to get compensation for the absolutely lousy repair was to take Custom to court. Great. PS- try to call there and get a response from anyone. The only person you will speak to will be a raspy, forgetful receptionist who sounds like she smokes 11 packs of cigarettes a day. She will make sure you never get a call back too (unless you are scheduling a repair or an estimate). They are awful, deceitful, over-priced cheats. You have been warned,

Its a miracle!!! Never did I believe that our old, smelly, mess of a truck could be saved. The stench inside caused by dogs who had gone into a swamp before riding in the back seat had all but ruined the vehicle. A completely unbearable odor. But thanks to Custom Auto Body and their detailing crew, our truck looks and smells like new. In fact, better than new! What a relief. I am amazed with the quality of their work.
