Very disappointed. I was rushed through my order which is probably why they got it wrong. I specifically wanted extra lettuce (I like a salad on my sandwich) so I said "extra" three times. Instead, there were a few shreds and it was saturated with oil and vinegar, after I specifically said "just vinegar". Other then that, the food was fresh. My complaint is more about the service and preparation. Now that I think about it, I wonder if they charged me for extra lettuce? I wont go back :(

Tried this place a few times now and love the variety of options, sides and service. Not a full five stars because the chicken cutlets are boiled with no flavoring and the checkout system is entirely inefficient leading to customer and order confusions. Two times now Ive been given the wrong sandwich. As far as the sandwiches go, Ive had better in Milford, but it isnt terrible and youll eat something here you will enjoy.

Great overstuffed sandwiches and a friendly staff. Theres always a bunch of daily hot specials on top of their already extensive sandwich menu. Products always seem fresh and well made and it seem that they cater to local fare. I like to see that. Prices are about on par with delis these days.

I tried this place out for the first time yesterday. The staff was very nice and the owner was wonderful! He came out & answered some questions we had due to food allergies. The sandwiches we got were also delicious! Ill definitely be back when Im in the area again!

OVER PRICED!! THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $0.20 FOR LETTUCE AND TOMATOES ON A SANDWICH THAT SHOULD HAVE CAME WITH IT!!! I WORK DOWN THE STREET AND USED TO GO THERE 2-3 TIMES A WEEK. NEVER A DEAL, NEVER RESPECTED, AND ALWAYS OVER CHARGED!!

Terriable experience. Thought I was getting a good quility sandwitch but turned out to get nothing but bread on my sandwitch. The people were rude and will recommend to anyone to never go.

Ive been going to Napoli Deli since moving to Milford in 1998. Great sandwiches, dinners, and salads. And they overstuff the sandwiches! What more can you ask for.
