This place absolutely SUCKS ! Do NOT I repeat do NOT buy anything from these horrible unprofessional people . I paid for a car which was not ready for me to take due to maintenance problems . I waited over a MONTH for them to fix this minor problem . I spoke to Mike (he was very unprofessional) he claimed that the car would be fixed soon . I called every week and he was upset because of this , well if they did their job then I wouldnt have to . Their boss Anthony was absolutely horrible as well , he was rude and unpleasant and his grammar was the worst , its not my fault I could not understand what he was saying . They told me registration would be 150 when I first paid for it . When I recently called back Mike told me the car was done (he didnt call me I had to call him to find this out). Then Mike told me it was 399 for registration and I told him no I want my money back . Called this past Friday and my boyfriend spoke to Ashley. Apparently she shouldnt be working there because she doesnt know what shes doing . she told us to come down and get our money but when we got there she wasnt there and Mike said that we couldnt do that . They even put Ashley on the phone and she said she never said that . LIES ! Mike said they couldnt give us our money because it was a Saturday and they only do that Monday through Friday . (Whatever). Monday comes and they say my money is non refundable . Mike and I got into an argument because he didnt want to complain because he was soooo busy eating his lunch . I called the office to speak to Anthony and yodalis (however you spell it ) was unpleasant before putting Anthony on the phone . Anthony and I argued back and forth and he hung up on me . They will not get my business anymore and I will definitely see them in court . They have the wrong people to screw over !!!

Prestige Auto are crooks and they have poor customer service and I would not recommend no one to purchase a vehicle from there. I signed the paperwork for my vehicle on the 23rd and I just received my vehicle on October 30 2015. When I finally drove the vehicle off the lot right down the street by the gas station and broke down the alternator went on it brought it back to them same day. The next day I was waiting all day for my vehicle no one called or told me nothing I didnt get my vehicle back until two days later. After I picked it up and drove it the brakes and rotors were squeaking they told me nothing was wrong with it then I go home that same night the next morning at the car wouldnt even start I almost died with my niece and nephew in the backseat of the car on Halloween and I call them no and never called me back a response and now its Monday November 1st 2015 no

Went to look at a car and they IMMEDIATELY wanted to run my credit and the car I wanted to see was at another location....I didnt get to look at it test drive it or anything they just wanted to quickly get a sale yeah please dont buy from here they are seriously unprofessional
