Never trust a body shop recommend by an insurance company without research.Jeff Karol and Larry Siembab are both the owners of this shop. CARSTAR offers a nationwide warranty, but keep in mind each shop is individually owned so the warranty still needs to go through the same shop. I took our family car to CARSTAR Berlin to have it repaired, the total cost was about 9000 dollars, they have taken about a week longer than their estimate to repair the car. They also refused all warranty on the air conditioning that stopped working less than a year later. Jeff, the owner/tech who performed the work, said that their warranty will not cover it because they did not replace the ac compressor. Jeff didnt replace the receiver/drier it should normally be replace anytime the system is opened, but in this case it was open for over two weeks under the snow and exposed to the elements. I certainly would not recommend CARSTAR Berlin to anyone. They have cost us hundreds in repairing their "repairs" that should have been done properly in the first place.

I have had work done on two vehicles plus my grandfather had work done here and my girlfriend as well (all referred by me). This place goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the work done and if you are not will fix the issue. They even cleared my girlfriends headlights free of charge! Very friendly body shop and very reasonable prices especially for the quality of work. Anyone that is looking for a place to go I would recommend stopping by here first. They are very knowledgable.

CarStar always seems to go above and beyond in the work they have done my cars in the past. My car was recently involved in a minor accident and CarStar will be doing the repairs. I appreciate the photos that are emailed to me regarding the progress of repairs. Would highly recommend CarStar of Berlin to any friend whose care needs auto body work.
