I had a collision with a piece of trash on the road that I thought just damaged my bumper. When I took it to Maaco, they called me soon afterwards to inform me that the damage was much more extensive, and the repair bill was going to be much higher. They were very helpful in guiding me through the insurance claim filing process, and were even able to get a claims inspector there for another case to look at my car as well, expediting the process. Later, when I got my car back, I was having overheating issues. When I cam back they took a loot right away and found that there was some air left over in the radiator, and they fixed it quickly and for free. I was very impressed by their service- the car looks brand new again- and by how professional they are. Would highly reccomend them.

I took my 2003 Mitsubisi Eclipse in to the West Springfield MA. MAACO to have it repainted due to the famous "Mitsubishi Paint Issue". When I dropped it off the car looked like it had mange. Nasty. What a bloody mess. One week later, it looks like a brand new car. I mean, they did everything, and they did everything right. There was a small dent in the hood that had been there from something that happened to it when it was still on the lot. Its gone. All the dings are gone. The paint job is absolutely beautiful. Joe, one of the owners, did the absolute best to ensure excellent quality work. These guys are the true professionals. If you have a paint issue, talk to Joe. Hell get the job done.

I still have the same car I got painting from Joe in 1973. I have a 1971 Boss Mustang Grabber Blue. I went through a car wash one day and the car wash broke the antenna and scratched the whole top of the car, front to back. I went to Maaco and met Joe Houghton and was informed that it would be less expensive to paint the whole car for 69.99. Ever sense that day, Im in the car business, I bring all my Crown Victorias to see Joe. Ive done over 120 cars with Joe and couldt be any happier with his work. Joe is the best and a hard worker.

The Office Manager was very rude and disrespectful. In discussing a quote with the customer; her attitude was unprofessional. Customer Service is the key to good business relationships and trust!....So, if you come in contact with the Office Manager, turn around and leave!! I have also been told that they do a sloppy job on painting ...but I figure I will give them a chance! Well they blew it the minute I stepped into the door. I found a great shop who has great CS and will do a great job.
