Its a simple, but an effective gym with a great view of the New Haven Green. No frills or cutting edge equipment, but for me its perfect. The gym has always been clean and never over crowded. If you are looking for a place to focus and reach your workout goals you can definitely do so here.

Good place to work out. The YMCA has a cool culture, and they are much more sophisticated nowadays. Not as hi tech as Id like. But its a nice relaxing place to work out. No loud music and craziness. And if youre driven and have the knowledge, theres enough in there to get it done.

The YMCA is a great place to work out. Recently renovated and convenient! Silver Sneakers gets you in free if you are a Senior Citizen. Good trainers.
