6 months. "Leave your ego" Their sign is to leave your ego. But its funny because the longer I came there I realized the staff was beginning to grow an ego of their own. Honestly Im sick of this place. I would cancel but that means Id have to talk to a staff member. For 6 months I came 4+ days a week. I always said hello everytime and asked them how their day was but over time I noticed (especially the guys working there) would begin to be rude wouldnt even acknowledge me or even other members simply trying to sign in. Having a conversation with their other co workers. It seems as if the more I came there the more the workers were trying to be alpha. It makes me laugh when people try To do that. Especially when theyre not. Just be respectful. Do your job. I havent been to this one in about 3 months I go to Bristol now. Theres people that work there that will even go out of their way to help others. Ill just leave this here.

My. Wife andwere members for a year, this gym was empty most times which was a plus, never waited for machines, however the staff made poor decisions with my account status and refused to rectify or even discuss a $10 charge, and the young lady was rude and quite frankly embarrassed me at the front counter, so my wife and I just canceled then joined the edge across the street ,hopefully they can get staff that has an iota of customer service in the future and we can go back, to bad...

Clean, helpful staff, diverse equipment, enough people there that you didnt feel like you were alone - but hardly a wait for the machine you want (if any).. Have used the gym at 5:30am-7:30am and 5:30pm - 7:30pm, mostly weekdays - also early morning on Saturdays - And I dont look like your typical gym-goer either!!

I travel a lot and have been in many a PF across the U.S. this is definitely the best one Ive worked out in. Updated equipment, clean, good layout, and friendly staff
