A great gym. Tons of brand new equipment and the environment is very clean, bright and comfortable. Working with John for personal training is brutal but in a good way. I used to go to another gym in Granby and they had me on a plan that involved me working out 1-2 hours 3 times a week. With work and family it just wasnt feasible. So I tried the Zoo and a 30 min workout really is like an hour plus when you have a knowledgable trainer. I highly recommend the gym but more so the training if you want to get the most out of your workouts in less time.

This is a great gym. I have never been a gym person, but this place is nice with a great staff. I have used it to help my rehabilitation from ACL surgery. John (owner) and Garrett (manager) are always very helpful and make you feel right at home. The facility is alwayy clean, open and well staffed. I would recommend this gym for anyone looking to get back in shape or lose a few pounds for the summer season!

Love this gym! I had tried multiple gyms in the area and wasnt happy until I found the Zoo. The Zoo is always clean, has new (and working) equipment, a wide range of awesome classes that provide a challenging, but enjoyable workout and a great sense of community. Never thought Id run a half marathon, but with encouragement from the staff and other members of the gym I conquered 13.1 in October.

The facility is ok however, they lock the studio room(s) so you cant use them at night if you have a 24/7 membership. Other huge complaint, canceling your membership is a pain. You have to call their billing company, and then its another 30 days from the time you call till they cancel. Inevitably, you will end up paying for extra months, even if you move away and cant use the facility.

Great gym/health club. Very clean. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They have helped my wife & me lose close to 90lbs, Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights & machines. They offer various types levels of classes. No judgement, but plenty of encouragement,

I have joined other gyms in the past, but this one has kept me coming back. The staff is nice, the gym is new, and when I am working out, I feel as if there is no judgement. The Zoo has caused me to want to get in the best shape of my life.

Awesome. Smaller in size but machines are always open and the staff is super friendly. They get to know your name and/or face and recognize you. Always clean and spotless and classes are amazing.

Horrible Gym - members pee all over the bathroom floors and counters. Disgusting and dirty and to top it off the staff is very rude after you have joined and given them your money.

I havent experienced anything like these other reviews are saying. The bathrooms are clean and so are the locker rooms. Everyone is really nice and keeps to themselves.
