This gym is terrible. Me and my daughter went there last year during the summer. After a couple of times we said forget it! Last year my daughter was 11. While I go upstairs to do my workout she does her workout in the kids gym. She hated it! She kept on telling me she was getting bullied in there. A big black boy who looked more like a teenager she told me try to took her ipod touch away from her while she was on the exercise bike. What I am p*ssed about is that they didnt even do anything about it. They just said to her "Ignore him". My daughter also kept on telling me that she feels like she is in a daycare center in the kids gym. N Now for the pool: I leave my daughter there while Im upstairs doing my workout. She was crying to me that staff is rude. When she jump into the pool (She did not dive) they yelled at her "YOU DO THAT AGAIN WE ARE GETTING YOUR MOM!". They would also yell at her for no reason. Thats when my daughter cried "I dont want to go there anymore!". This gym is just terrible; rude staff, horrible safety, and no protection. We will never go there again.

I have been a member of World Gym Coram for eight years now and I would never go to another gym. The staff here is amazing and helpful and makes you feel so welcome. The other members are just as great. It really is like a family here. Which is fitting because it is definitely a family gym. They have a huge free weight section and heavy weights (dumbbells go up to 140 lbs) but there is also something for everyone. There are water aerobics classes that are great for seniors and a kids fitness program that is being taken over by the personal training staff and being fine tuned for the summer. They have a full group fitness schedule, knowledgeable personal training staff, and racquetball courts. Being able to bring the kids in the pool and the friendly daycare is definitely an added plus. I would recommend this gym to anyone, any age, any fitness level.

The friendliest staff ever! Barbara at the desk always greets you with a smile and a big hello, Lucy works so hard keeping the gym spotless and Jamie is always helpful. Great workouts with Lou. Love that my 10 year old can exercise at the same time I do. I have been to a million gyms and this is my favorite.

This great gym with a great staff. I have been to a lot of gyms and I can honestly say this one is my favorite. They re did the gym recent;y and it is really a great place to work out. It is the only gym that seems to have no creeps just people that want to workout out in piece.
