Very rude on the phone, all I had was a simple question about child watch and received everything but an answer. I was put on hold 3 times just to be interrupted before I could even ask the question by the different individuals I was directed to. I guess I will continue to travel the extra miles to Waterburys Y where at least their customer service is welcoming.

Id give it zero if I could. most of their staff is very rude, my experiences there have all been bad, theyre very paranoid and controlling over the children and find something wrong with everything theyre doing. I feel uncomfortable going there half the time and tend to stay away from it.

The exercise equipment is good but the front technician was so rude iv bin going to ymca for 7 Years and last time I went this awesome lady let me go because my name came up this lady didnt know what she was doing

Great place especially if u have children. Memberships offer sports and recreation for kids and lower income can talk about getting a membership which is so helpful

I had a very bad experience. I asked a lady if i could change my 10 dollar bill into one dollar billd and she was like no come back later in a very snubby way.
