My car was hit 4/17 and had some serious rear end damage. From the time I brought the car in, until the time I picked it up, Dan and Mike kept me up to date on how the progress was going. Mike would email me pictures of updates, showing me the progress of the repair. Mike and Dan took care of dealing with the insurance company and even handled my car rental. When I didnt like the car that was rented for me, they called Enterprise and got me something more suitable. Mike and Dan are very professional and worked very hard to make sure I was happy. All my calls and emails to them were returned in a timely manner. I couldnt ask for better customer service. When my repair was complete, Dan told me if I found any issues with the repair, bring it back, and it will be addressed. Found one small issue and Mike made sure it was taken care of. Now, lets talk about the guys in the shop, the guys on the front line that make these repairs possible. I dont know who worked on the car, but these guys (or ladies) made my car look great. I was was a little nervous because of the severe damage, but they did an amazing job. Now, a message to the owner. I sure hope the people that work for you are getting a nice Christmas Bounus Turnpike Motors has been in business for many years. They havent been in business this long because they are just average. I would highly recommend this body shop and will continue to use them whenever I need them.

Thoroughly disappointed in this business. I made an appointment to have my car worked on 3 weeks ago, gave them the paperwork I received at the time from Allstate, called again this morning to make sure we were all set, and was told we were good to go. I rearranged my schedule to be able to drop the car off. When I brought the car in this afternoon they told me that as of this last Friday they no longer accept Allstate and refused to work on my car! If you have Allstate Insurance dont bring your car here. You will only be disappointed like I am right now. They lost a customer in me today and I will never recommend them to anyone. In my opinion they provide extremely poor customer service. I gave them a 1 because I couldnt give them a 0.

I had an excellent experience at Turnpike Motors. Roy (with Travelers), Marty, and Dan were all wonderful in handling my claim. Dropping off my car was super easy as the rep from Enterprise met me there with a car and 10 minutes later I was on my way. They did a great job on the body work and picking up my car when it was ready was just as easy. They also have very convenient hours for those of us who work 9-5. Some autobody shops can be intimidating (especially to a female who does not know a lot about cars) but they made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I would happily recommend them.

My car got hit by another car in the rear. I took it to Turnpike Motors and since then it was theirs. They took care of each detail, kept me posted and had a direct communication with the insurance. I was sitting pretty at home as if nothing happened thanks to the amazing rental agreement they have with Enterprise. One thing that stood out was the persistence they showed regarding the paint variant. They tried at least 4 different variants to get the best hue possible. Amazing service!!!! I hope I dont have to see a bodyshop again but If needed its going to be Turnpike Motors!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! They took over a month to repair my car and the damage was minor. The repair was not exceptional and I had to go back to them more than once for repairs they missed. They lied on the billing receipt and estimate about using genuine parts from my automaker to get more money from my insurance company. I would never use them again and I now see why that place is a revolving door when it comes to employees. Every week they have someone new working at the front desk but of course Dan is still there!

I cant thank the staff at Turnpike Motors enough for the fabulous job they did fixing my Audi A5. My car was hit in a parking lot and had heavy driver side damage. The team at Turnpike Motors worked efficiently and with great precision to fix my car. They communicated with me throughout the process, even sending pictures of the progress made. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their hard work. They even finished the car a week earlier than anticipated.

AMAZING repairwork! May be a little expensive but they make it right instead of just a temporary fix. And they guarantee their work. they also post pictures online so you can see the status of the repair and give you phone call updates. very professional. HIGHLY recommend. Doesnt hurt that an enterprise is located within walking distance either!

Very good idea to get informed about the progress of the repair. Last update was jun 9 I would like to have more often info I just received my Santa Fe back. The workmanship was very good but my car was extremely dirty. You would think with the amount of money charged for this repair that the car would be at least washed before I pick it up.

I had a great experience with Turnpike. They repaired my car beautifully, handled the insurance for me, and they had snacks in the lobby. I was going to write a positive review anyways but customer lobby (the service used to solicit my review) is a pain in the ass and was a waste of time for 1 good software developer.

They treated me professionally, dealt with all of the insurance stuff on their end, and just made me overall feel comfortable with the work they were doing and the service. Id definitely use them in the future and would definitely recommend them.

Id never had an accident before and wasnt sure what to expect. Turnpike Motors worked directly with the insurance company of the person who hit me and it was so easy. The rental car company was right in the same office and it was super easy. My vehicle looks like new! Im very happy!
