Absolutely Awful, even after all the bad things I have heard about this place, still took my car here to have an issue checked out, oil changed and tires rotated. I was charged close to $60 for just the oil change itself and another $45 for tire rotation. After charging me to "check" the issue with the horn I was having they wanted $2,300 to fix the "major" issue with it. Went to a place I was recommended by a friend and he fixed the same problem for $45. Its been a while since this whole thing and when a family member got into an accident recently they were towed here and the car was totaled, she had just bought brand new tires two weeks before the accident and when we went back to get them they had been taken off the car and old tires had been put on. Needless to say, they stole the tires. At this point I thought it was time to leave a review for them. Everyone looks for a decent and trustworthy garage to bring their vehicle, if youre one of these people, continue looking, this is absolutely NOT the place.

After buying my 1993 Acura Integra brand-new from the dealer 25 years ago (330,000 miles!), it was time to cut ties with the dealer when the car needed a new radiator and I could not afford it. After some research I discovered Dean Autoworks just less than 7 miles from where I lived and they were getting awesome reviews. I decided to put my trust in Dean Autoworks and they did not disappoint. The people, the shop and the work they did on my car were all A+, they were all so professional. After years of paying the dealer higher costs -- because I trusted them to be the best to maintain my car -- it is satisfying now to have Dean Autoworks working on my "baby" and save me some money in the meantime. Were aiming for 400,000 miles! So Im hoping Dean Autoworks can help me to achieve that.

Dean Autoworks is awesome! Ive had my cars serviced there for more than 20 years, and have purchased three used cars from them. They are the model for an automotive repair shop and a small, local business. They are courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and will go the extra mile and more to help customers. I once called Deans from a pay phone in the middle of Pennsylvania when an engine suddenly developed a major problem (on a vehicle purchased new from a dealer), held the phone out for Steve to listen to it, and he advised me, correctly, on how to proceed. Im grateful to have a shop that I can take my cars to with complete trust. Local companies like Dean Autoworks are rare, and I only wish there were more like it in other lines of business. When my parents car was towed to Deans Autoworks in September 2016 and we needed it brought to the hospital the following day for them to take home, they were very helpful, friendly, and not too expensive either. Not only did they drop the car off in the parking lot and put the keys in an envelope for my parents to retrieve at the hospital front desk, but they also took a picture of the location where it was parked and texted it to me so we could much more easily find it. Overall we were very pleased with their service and would work with them without a hesitation in the future. Thanks so much for making a tough situation much less difficult for us!

I have been traveling over 30 miles to a repair facility I trusted, until I broke down near DeanAutoworks, which is 4 miles from me. I had my vehicle repaired there and was very please and comfortable with the experience I had. They did a great job with the repairs and communicated repairs, pricing and completion very well. I have since been back for a subsequent visit and have found them to be as good as my first visit, and as fair as I could expect. I have found my new repair facility that I trust and only have to go 4 miles now. Keep it up DeanAutoworks!

Ive been using Deans for nearly 20 years - always good service at a decent price. Ive got 3 cars north of 100,000 miles, and they can offer me rebuilt parts upon request to save $$ where the dealer cant. Also, its one of the best bodywork places Ive used. My most recent repair was from hitting a deer - car is back and looks great, and they even detailed it before picking it up! Dean also supports the local community schools and civic groups.

Deans is first a very pleasant and comfortable place to take your vehicle. Steve listens carefully to your problems despite what your mechanical aptitude is. They have repaired every thing from a complete engine change to small dent. They do it very professionally with good communications should an additional issue appear. They finish when they say they will be done. I would recommend Deans to anyone.

Super nice folks. Supportive of the local community (Little League, etc.). I trust them completely. We have 2 older model Audis and theyve kept them running nicely. No need to go to the Dealer when you have such experienced and capable people right here in town.
