Unfortunately for me, I was in two car accidents in the last 6 months and neither one of them was my fault I might add. B&B Auto body were amazing. From the start to finish of each accident, the owner Barry took charge and fought with the insurance companies to get exactly what I was entitled to. My car on both occasions was fixed perfectly. The paint job on my car was done perfectly and that is quite a challenge since my car is speckled black and one of the most difficult to paint. John did a great job. Barry was always there for advice, helped me get a rental car and when I had my second accident, John came across town on his off time in the rain I might add to change my flat tire so I could still drive. Barry was so nice and secured a rental car for me and even drove me to the rental car dealership. If you want honesty hard work and perfection then I would highly recommend B&B Auto in Norwalk, CT. They work for you and the work is done perfectly in a timely manner.

Unfortunately Ive needed to use B&B Auto Repair a few times over the years but I always choose to come back because I find Barrys integrity, work ethic and honesty in this type of business extremely rare. He is very fair, prices are reasonable and consistent whether you go through insurance or not and he will always give you an estimate and let you know all of the best possible options such as whether or not you can get a lower rate quote using aftermarket parts or choosing authentic manufacturers parts and when its best to do so or not. The work both John & Barry does on your car exceeds your expectations and your car will look like no accident has ever occurred. These are stand up guys and its a great place to go if you are looking for that level of hard work and integrity.
