Wow. Norwalk Collision realy does a great job! I had the unfortunate experience of being rear-ended at a red light, and these guys really made it as easy as possible to get me back in my ride ASAP! My car looks brand new, and they had it back to me in less than 24 hours! They even have a rental place on site to make that part a breeze. They really take pride in their work and care about customer service. They worked directly with the insurance company of the person who hit me, and it was a seamless experience. Bravo!

My wife had an accident and I decided to bring her car for repair to Norwalk Collision, Inc. based on reviews on Google and Yelp. I am 100% agree with all positive reviews for this Auto Body Shop. These guy provide great service in timely manner. The quality of the repair is really outstanding and they would certainly take care of any of customer comments and suggestions momentarily. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and coworkers.

I scheduled an online appointment to get my damages assessed and had difficulty confirming the appointment. I called the shop and one of the owners picked up. He didnt have access to the claim appointment and redirected me to Geico. I was getting ready to hang up and he was still looking to find me a better answer! He said if I couldnt figure it out to give him a call back and he would try and help me out. Thats customer service at its best!
