Awful! They horribly stained and burned an expensive white dinner jacket and still had the nerve to put it on a hanger and have me pick it up without alerting me to the fact that there had been a problem. They were actually disrespectful enough to insult my intelligence and tell me the garment came to them like that as if I was dumb enough to agree that my white jacket came orange! They never apologized, tried to avoid paying to replace the garment, and actually tried to still charge me for the coat they did clean. Smh! Im so appalled! Terrible service! Never again!

I spend close to $300 monthly on dry cleaning and Majestic is hands down the best dry cleaners in Fairfield County!!! They pick up and drop off fast. If you need something soon they are extremely flexible. They will automatically replace and broken or missing buttons they find on your dress shirts. The best part, I left $40 dollars in my pants once and they returned it!!!!! If your not getting your dry cleaning done here, you are wasting your time and hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Tell them Darius sent you!
