I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THE TAILOR AT GO GREEN DRY CLEANERS. For the record - this review is is meant specifically for the tailor at Go Green Dry Cleaners. The dry cleaning service is affordable, accommodating, and efficient. I give them 5 stars. I ripped a hole in the elbow of one of my shirts. I sent the shirt in to be repaired. I received a call from the tailor to tell me that he did not have any elbow patches, and he was not willing to get them for me. I had to buy them myself. While it is incredibly strange that the tailor was not willing to find elbow patches for me, I purchased them myself and sent them in. I then received another call from the tailor, telling me that he should just make me a customer shirt. It was going to be the best fitting shirt that Ive ever had. I agreed and went in for a fitting. The fitting took an hour and a half for some reason, but none the less - We finished and I placed the order. The shirts arrive 3 weeks later. THEY DONT FIT. I cannot believe that after being measured for over an hour, the shirts still dont fit. Ok fine, I contacted the tailor to schedule a re-fitting and he told me that he was not available the next day - but I could come in the day after. Unfortunately, I was traveling for business the next day - but was willing to come in early to meet him. He was not willing to come in early to meet me. This has been a horrible experience, I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING THE TAILOR AT GO GREEN DRY CLEANERS! I just wanted elbow patches....

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I recently had a terrible experience here and was treated with incredible disrespect by the manager (who by the way refused to give me his name). Earlier last month I needed to have a dress tailored for a wedding that I was going to. I was told the dress would be ready for pickup on the Friday before the wedding. When I picked up the dress, the tailor was no longer in the store that evening. I brought the dress home and tried it on and it was easy to tell that the dress was not tailor correctly, it fell lopsided on my shoulders and the dress was still too long - I had no choice but to rush and buy another dress to wear to the wedding. When I called to speak to the manager to ask for a refund, I was treated very disrespectfully. The manager insisted it was somehow my fault the dress was tailored incorrectly, and that I should have tried on the dress in the store when I picked it up. After lots of arguing, the manager finally agreed to have the store owner to give me a follow-up call to discuss a refund of the $90 tailoring job.I still to date have not received a follow-up call from the owner. I will never go back to this place and I suggest that you do the same.

The staff here is unprofessional. The old man who is a tailor there has a big mouth and is rude. The girl on the front desk doesnt know how to welcome their new customers. Apparently there was some guy sitting on the front desk girls lap and watching me as I waited for help. Do yourself a favor dont risk giving your expensive clothes here because Im sure they are pretty careless about your clothes and just like they are about customers.

Really like these guys. They pick up and deliver right to my apartment. Hours are very nice.
