This place lost my sweater and refused to reimburse me. They tried to pass another persons sweater as mine. The owner has no customer service, extremely nasty and rude and is impossible to get hold of. They have no written polices for lost or ruined merchandise. I currently have a case pending with them with the BBB. The previous owner was great but this new owner ruined a good thing.
