Its a pretty good deal, but they dont police open skate at all. Its a free-for-all with unsupervised kids skating in all directions and plowing into people. They need to keep the movement in one direction and have two lanes - one fast and one slow. The only thing they tried to maintain was the center circle for learners. They also need to tell people that stop mid-ice for conversations in groups of ten to move to the side.

Ice condition was poor. Soft for hockey and sticky. Building was warm inside the rink as well.
