Stay away from Club 24 - especially the New Milford club. Soon after joining my husband and I signed up for training sessions. My father in law suddenly passed away. In helping to take care of funeral arrangements, we tried to cancel the training sessions, but were 2 days past the cancellation date. We tried talking to the New Milford manager but she said "oh well" and said I could cancel for the large fee on the contract. Since we were helping to pay for funeral expenses we did not have the fee required. Instead we tried repeatedly to contact the main office and also the New Milford club. After we were completely frustrated We stopped all payments. Since then Club 24 has slapped a delinquency on our credit. Horrible horrible Club whose main office is impossible to get a hold of! Too many other clubs in New Milford - go elsewhere people!

This gym is clean, has many machines and a theater workout room. Unfortunately the free weights area needs some work, there arent enough weights for all the different bars so youre constantly searching around for extra weights. Also a little policing of the members would be ideal, since I saw a few people literally throwing their weights at the end of their exercise.

Friendly staff. Willing to work with you during classes, to make adjustments for what you are physically capable of doing. Nice atmosphere. Great membership prices. It is great having the hyro massage bed for after a hard class. Definitely worth checking out and seeing if its for you. I would recommend to family and friends.

The gym is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The members of the gym are very respectful and help keep the machines clean. Theres also a movie room where you can go and workout while watching a movie like in a theater, its a genius idea! Seriously the best gym Ive ever been to. Glad to be a member :)

Really a great gym: clean, convenient location, staff is friendly and professional. I am taking their Afterburn classes and really find them helpful and fun. The other classes are also fun. Club 24 is a great value compared to the other gyms in the area.

The gym is VERY clean. The Afterburn teachers are excellent and very helpful. I have learned a lot in just a few months :) Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

This gym is a great deal! Its clean, the machines are kept in great working condition, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they even have a video room - time flies by!

Cant beat this place for the price. I could go to two other gyms for free via my employer but would rather pay the fee to go here.
