Although Diamond is aaaaaaamazing and never lets me down with her skills and professionalism, the managers are ridiculous. As my stylist was doing my hair, one of the managers called her to tell her that my appointment needs to be rescheduled for no reason. I work late and Diamond always accommodates me and my time and in the middle of my service, they had called and told her that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. Meanwhile, I had color processing in my hair. I am extremely disappointed by how this establishment is being run. I am in total shock after I paid over hundreds of dollars to get my hair done. Im disgusted
