Im not one to write reviews or really to speak up about services but I had a bad experience. I was charged too steep a cost for what little was done to my hair, and I noticed a lot of spots where the roots were not blended when I got home. I had gone to this salon because the service I had wanted was less there than anywhere else and really only half of my hair needed attention but the fees stacked up I guess. The atmosphere was nice but really wasnt that nice; my usual salon is beautiful and I wouldve been charged less for the total package and the stylist train in Paris. I also didnt want my hair blow dried but wasnt asked and paid a small fortune for it. My neck was also strained in the process, instead of bringing the chair lower to see the top of my head she pulled my head back; not a great position to be in for over an hour.

Asked for my hair to be lightened and colored blue. It came out shades of grey and brown. The staff blamed it on my hair and still made me pay for it. Then the owner said because of my scheduling difficulties and her staff was now uncomfortable they were refunding my money and wouldnt be fixing the color. So Im left to find someone else to fix my multi shaded hair. Thanks for nothing

I have gone to Ashleys salon since it was located in New Britain. I also hired her team to beautify me and my girls on my wedding day and we looked flawless. My hair has always come out exactly the way I wanted it; in fact the last time I saw Kyle our vision was the same and his execution was BETTER than I could have imagined! I have and do recommend everyone to this salon!

First time here on June 27th! I have long thick naturally dark brown hair, and wanted to go ombre blonde for the summer. Ashley did an OUTSTANDING job lightening my hair, and even went back to tone it down after starting to blow dry. She made sure I walked out with the caramel color I wanted instead of being platinum since my hair color had lifted so quickly!

This was my first time there, and I was made to feel like a cherished client immediately. Atmosphere was comfortable, yet professional. My stylist listened to what I wanted, made a suggestion of her own and together we decided what would look best on me. And I got a beautiful, precision cut that suits my face and my lifestyle.
