Had one of the worst salon experiences ever...which is saying a lot since I only had an eyebrow wax. The wax itself was terrible. The girl who waxed my eyebrows spilled sterilizing solution in my eye...my eye burned for an entire day. Definitely an accident and have zero hard feelings toward her for that, but the fact that she still charged me was unbelievable. Got home later to find that the wax itself was terrible. I had stray hairs both underneath and in between my brows. Had to do a lot of clean up myself. Oh, and did I mention the wax was 20 dollars? My normal salon is a very high-end place and even there its not TWENTY bucks. Place is overpriced and seemingly filled with inexperienced people.

The salon experience itself wasnt bad, the stylist was pleasant and chatty, and it seemed like a decent haircut when I left. It wasnt until a couple of days later when I went to wash and style it myself that I discovered that the haircut really wasnt what I had asked for, and is really quite awkward looking. By that time it was really too late for me to complain. A good haircut should be easy to style at home and not require a professional blowout to look decent. All in all I would say that the haircut I received was not a $50 haircut, it would be more what I would expect if I were going to a salon that was in the 20 to 30 price range. It lacking that special something that a good haircut has.

My stylist at La Belle is phenominal. Great customer service, great haircut, great coloring! And my fiance and I have never had problems with waxing there ... He LOVES the job she does! The only complaint is that it sometimes feels as if the management is being condescending/rude/mean to the stylists, even while customers are in the chair. My mother and myself have both been customers of the salon, and although we continue to go back because of the great job our stylist does, we have both mentioned to each other that one of the managers in particular (and no, I dont know her name) is not very nice to their staff. It makes the customers uncomfortable.

La Belle is such a great salon! The entire staff is so welcoming and always makes me feel very comfortable. My hair was so damaged from a previous salon and Sara (one of the hairdressers) brought my hair back to life! They use amazing products and she recommended treatments that really changed my hair. I have referred friends and family to La Belle… Just an all-around great place to go and be pampered!

La Belle Chateau is wonderful! I get my hair and Nails done here. And just recently had my first Massage here. One of the best that Ive had. The staff is very attentive and polite. Warming and Welcoming place which I find very important when I go to a salon or spa. Definitely make and appointment and enjoy a glass of wine while the talented staff pampers you. Highly recommend.

I hated this place! I have never been to a more unprofessional salon! I was getting a facial and another associate actually walked on on my facial and started talking to the woman giving my facial! I thought it was going to be a relaxing get away for me, but really it was just an nuisance! I would NEVER go back to this place!!!

I went there hoping to get a great haircut. Honestly i have long hair that shouldnt have been to hard to cut. I left there with a horrible haircut and now am having to go and pay somewhere else to have it fixed!! Also will end up with a lot shorter hair then i have wanted and now have to suffer through the grow out again!
