The Ulta store is fine, my particular problem was with the woman working the brow bar at Benefit. She offered a free brow waxing and before I knew it she removed my perfectly fine eyebrows in order to "install" an arch with a brow pencil. I do not wear a lot of makeup, so drawn on brows look RIDICULOUS on me. Needless to say, I was then backed into a corner to purchase this brow product or walk around with half eyebrows until they grew back. Benefit needs to do a better job of hiring QUALIFIED people to perform these services or do not offer them at all. I had NO idea she was locking me into purchasing a product I had no need or desire to have. It was an under-handed sales tactic. My relationship w. Benefit has been sullied as a result. Any one interested in a $30 brow shaping kit? I have it, dont need it and my brows look FINE.

Let me start with I love the outcome of the brow bar. However, they need a better system. I cannot tell you how much of my time has been spent standing around with not a person in sight, no one from another area coming over to offer assistance, and no sign of when someone will be back. Yes, I could make an appt but often I have to go when I find time. Is it to much to ask to get a $5 sign that says they are on break or lunch and when they will ne back...

I asked to get my highlights done and and she gave me lowlights. When I came back the next day to get it fixed, the lady (Veronica) was very rude. When i showed her a picture of what I wanted, she basically said she was not going to do that. Veronica does not know the phrase "the customer is always right," and she was extremely unprofessional and rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have been a dedicated customer to Ulta since they opened last year. Amazing store, attentive employees, clean and welcoming atmosphere. The salon staff is wonderful and I love getting my brows done at the brow bar; I leave beautiful every time. Thank you, Ulta!
