I went to Richard Pennas salon in search for a wig after being diagnosed with cancer. I had to idea what I was walking into but wow! what a ray of sunshine they have been through this difficult process. They could not have been more kind and caring. Three staff members met with me to help me sort things out and Richard personally worked with me on selecting a wig and then styling the wig. Words cannot express how much their caring and compassion meant to me and my family. DB

after receiving the worst hair cut of my 50+ years, I called Richards salon and was very lucky to get an appointment with Richard. In less than 30 minutes Richard fixed the disaster and gave me the best cut I ever had. Thank you Richard and staff for making me feel welcome, you have a forever client and I will recommend everyone I know to your salon. I cant thank all of you enough, this is one very satisfied customer!!!!!

Did a horrible job on eye brow waxing, inexperianced and over priced. Woman was not even nice .. Would not go back
