DONT GO HERE IF YOURE NATURAL!!! I have been natural many years, I decided to get a wash/condition/blowout. My hair looked nice, yes, but when I went to wash my hair after, my hair laid slick to my scalp, face, on my neck, as if I had just gotten a fresh perm. I had heard rumors that some salons put perm in conditioner but Ana had always been good to me and I saw familiar faces and didnt know new ownership happened. I ran a comb through it in disbelief and my hair came out in CHUNKS! I put corn braids in for a couple months, my root texture came back, but the end still stringy; I now have to chop half of the remaining hair off and start over! WHOEVER TOOK OVER THIS AFTER ANNA...YOU SUCK!!! People dont come to a salon to be deceived, you completely destroyed my hair; I said I was natural up front and asked if you could do it, if you find natural difficult to do, you need not accept those customers!!!

Always does a great job and it really good if you need to get in and out. Since I have been a loyal customer at Anas my hair has grown so much and it thicker... Thank you Anas
