I cant believe the nerve of the owner/bookkeeper of this gym. You never know what mood shes in and what attitude youre going to get. My daughter attends class once a week, for about 45 minutes. In the time my wife or I are there, we have seen this woman speak to customers very rudely. She can be very snippy, and her tone makes one feel like they are an inconvenience for asking questions. Weve heard other people talk about how she can be really mean one day, and super nice the next, and these families have been with this gym much longer than us. My wife and I prefer to watch our daughter from an open area, but when the gym is hot and we seek the cool area, we are shocked at how many families fall victim to the rudeness. It is otherwise a great gym, seems to have little coach turnover and our daughter looks forward to going each week.
