I was scheduled a delivery on three "expected dates" all which were pushed back. On the third date, the delivery claimed that no one was at my resident around 12:44pm...when I was sitting in my kitchen around that same time waiting for my item. Either they knocked on the wrong address or just drove thought assuming no one was home. They are also not opened on Mondays for pick up! Skip this location and FEDEX all together folks. Not worth the stress or investment.

This facility sucks, I waited all day for the package, was actually sitting outside on stairs waiting for them, when suddenly the tracking changed to customer not there, door tag left. Total BS they made up, no door tag and the time they said they attempted I was sitting in from of the door. Horrible customer service, call to find out where package is an some person from india with broken english can not assist, nobody to call

I just moved from California to Connecticut. My shipping address clearly states my apartment number, but the delivery person didnt even bring it in the building. He spoke to the receptionist and said he didnt even have a dolly to bring it in. Nor did he leave any notice for me at the front desk. Was I expected to take my full size mattress off the truck myself? It is unlikely that I will ever use this location or Fedex again.

Dont use them for anything. Their delivery people repeatedly skipped my address completely and simply marked it internally as undeliverable each time, without cause. They made no attempt, left no notes, and just repeated this cycle. It would have gone on indefinitely if I didnt file a claim and then return to sender after much exasperation.

I was returning a package from a store and they sent me the return tag...told me to show from phone and they can scan. The Fed Ex guy comes, nastiest, most rude tude ever and said he couldnt accept the label unless printed and told me to try again another day. He was very rude, impatient and lacked Customer Service skills!!

I will never ever use fedex as long as i live because of this delivery center. They basically robbed me, and not surprisingly they did the same thing to both my roommates. We get all other packages sent through UPS and USPS, but nothing from Fedex, and somehow they said it is our fault!

Lied three times about delivery attempts even with corporate on the phone. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I live close yo the express hub and we never go through this with that facility. I had to file a complaint and will be filing another one with with another agency.

This particular location does not have service desk like the Windsor Locks plant. If you want to pick up packages here, youll be stopped at the security gate and someone will bring your packages out to you.

Lies about delivery attempts, made me go all the way out to the location. Very poorly run delivery service. If possible, avoid FedEx for package delivery, stick with UPS.

Youll be stopped at security check, then you have to wait there for 10-15 minutes until someone bring your package from warehouse to the security gate.
