Im very frustrated with this UPS store. A package sent from Enfield to Hyannis on Monday with speedy delivery should have been in Cape Cod Tuesday morning. Never came in the morning, then UPS Enfield said it would be delivered throughout the day. Stayed here waiting till 8 pm and nothing. Early Wednesday, the Enfield Store said it was going to be delivered in the morning. At noon they said it would take a max 2 hours. Now it is 3 pm and UPS Customer Service says it will be delivered today. How can I believe them? If they had told us it was going to take more than 48 hours, we would have gone with FedEx. My recommendation: if you need a reliable delivery company, dont go with UPS.

I forgot to tape the box closed. I asked for a piece of tape and the gentleman said hed take care of it... As in charge me $2.00 to prepare the box. $2.00 is not a big deal but it sets a poor precedent to nickel and dime your customers.

If you need something shipped go see the guys here. They do a super job and are friendly too. They also have boxes and supplies if you are moving and need that stuff.

Lost package in August, still havent received refund in February. Have called over 20 times. What a joke. I give up.
