Good service, lost package no refund on services not rendered after month and a half. Keep getting a polite run around. Would rather be told we messed up lost your package and there is nothing that can be done about it, than oh we are working on it. Jeff nice guy but his staff needs major retraining in how to be polite in his absence. Will use UPS main facility in north haven from now on!
