Awful. I ordered several items from Amazon Prime on the same day and two of them were shipped (without my choice) by Lasership. The "beauty" behind paying $100 for an Amazon Prime membership is that they guarantee two day shipping. However, I am now on day three and have not received the package. Step 1: I called the local Lasership office (Meriden) - seems like the number listed on the internet is a fax number. No way to get through. Step 2: I called the national Lasership line (800 #). After 64 minutes of being on hold I spoke with a very nice representative who informed us that she, too, could not get in touch with the local office. She said she would submit a request and email me an update. Also, she could not get in touch with anyone from the Meriden, CT office. Step 3: I called Amazon. I believe that we (or anyone who experiences this) deserve compensation for the fact Amazon Prime promises delivery in two days (I can understand delays for inclement weather or unusual/infrequent events - which was not the case here) and they did not deliver on their promise. Why am I paying for a Prime membership if I am not receiving the benefits I am supposed to? And how can they guarantee to me that they will not use Lasership to ship any further purchases I make from Prime? After 86 minutes on the phone with a customer rep from Amazon (the last 20 of which I was finally transferred to her "lead), I ended up getting a refund on my two items as well as another shipment through UPS of the two items (with no additional cost to me). I advise anyone who has experienced something similar to call Amazon and complain. I cannot understand how a company as reputable as Amazon would conduct business with such a shady, unreliable company. Also, I would have expected Amazon to react more quickly (as opposed to 86 minutes) to my call. Overall, I spent 150 minutes (exactly) trying to sort out this issue.

UPDATE #2: my fifth order out of 5 shipped by LaserShip is, once again, missing. So you dont have a 50/50% chance of getting or having issues with whatever LaserShip is contracted to deliver to you: the odds are 0/100% that youre going to have issues! I read a review that said this company should be named "LoseYourShit" instead of LaserShip: I thought that was a REALLY accurate name for this company!! UPDATE: Earlier this evening, December 23, 2016, my item arrived! Long story short, the owner of LaserShip reached out to me in a private message on Yelp, stating that he wanted to help. I messaged him back, was really skeptical, but lo and behold, the missing item magically appeared tonight! I changed the one star to 4, and I couldnt be happier!! MERRY CHRISTMAS / HAPPY HOLIDAYS! My first experience with LaserShip was yesterday: Walmart must have started using them because of the Christmas rush. Between 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm, tracking showed that one package was delivered by UPS (that was there), one was delivered by FedEx (that, too, was there at my front door), and the one that LaserShip claims it delivered to my front door? Nowhere in sight!! Based on the reviews Ive read on here and on Yelp, this seems to be a pattern. This company is keeping the things that were supposed to receive, and sadly its 3 days before Christmas and the lost item is out of stock. So DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE, and report them to the authorities in your area (for me, thats their Meriden, CT, office). This is deplorable, unforgivable behavior, especially at Christmas time, and I personally will not stand for this!!

Have had shipments from this company before, but never as bad as this one. Not only did I have to wait an extra 3 days to receive my package, but on the day it was supposed to be delivered, the driver apparently couldnt reach my home because my street was blocked off. My street is under no construction, and there is no other logical explanations for why he/she couldnt drop off my package. So instead of having it delivered to my home, like it was supposed to be, I contacted Customer Service and had to go to the Meriden office physically to receive my package that should have already been delivered. I was told my package would be ready after 5 PM. Once I got to the office, it was dim lighted, seemed to not be open. Getting frustrated, I looked around the side of the building to see one person working at a cubicle. I knocked on the side door and was told to go back around to the front and to knock on the front door, because their front door was locked, with no lights on inside the building to signal that they were open for business. This company is very unprofessional in the way they handle shipping, and seems to hire just anyone who is willing to drive a truck and "drop off packages" even though they apparently dont even do that. If this were UPS, FedEx, or even USPS, and my street had in fact been blocked off, they would have made the effort to make sure I had gotten my package, instead of just saying "screw it" and driving off. I dont recommend this company to anyone.

I have had several packages delivered by this company the last couple of years. Each time has been terrible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first, knowing that sometimes even the best companies might have a bad employee here and there. As of today, Ive decided that they are incapable of hiring a single decent delivery driver at this location. What they do is less "delivery" and more just a hurling of packages in the general direction of a house. Even though the tracking claims a package was left at the door, it never ever is. I have always found my packages at random locations around my property near the road. On one occasion last year I did see a driver actually pull into my driveway and was briefly impressed. But then I watched the driver whip the package out of his window onto the driveway in the rain. This particular package was clearly marked "fragile." Today I checked the tracking on a package and it said it was already delivered. An hour later it actually arrived (they do that every time too) and I watched as the driver slightly slowed down, whipped my package out of his window from across the street and drove off. It bounced off my walkway and landed practically in the street. I have packages delivered to my home quite regularly and this is the ONLY company that doesnt walk my package to the door. It is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Terrible company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Twice i have ordered from name brands and twice we have had to re call these brands (body building, and NFL Shop) to reorder and reship through a different company, i had my first order with a total of 200+ value be delivered" to an address miles away from the address now given thw addres we ask it to be shipped to is our business/workplace in a popular plaze, we even leave the title of business in the notes. Anyone with gps would read the business name which also leads to the belief that they hire illiterate lazy employees, we were standing outide ready to leave and we saw the minevan drive right past us, not once exit the vehicle to see and narrow down where he was, and if we look and see that the package was "delivered" but witnessed him not drop it anywhere, start looking into the back ground checks of people, even running around the plaza asking if they had a random package with out address on there, dont say you all ship to destinations when you dont have the right staff to do so....oh and merry Christmas, im sure by the time people decide to pick up all those calls of others complaining well see it next year, for a company that is based somewhere we have to pay phone charges to call and not even sign for a package that can be delivered "anywhere" literally means outside where anyone can pick it up
