Mr. swamp very rude very poor costumer service. Bad communication between employers. He even dared to hang up the phone on me because I was telling him that they should improve their customer service skills. Never again I did complain to corporate because this is ridiculous. And dare to tell me theres no one bigger then him that he was it then I find out theres someone over him. So rude. Had to call customer service 1800 number to get helped because he did not help at all.

Only 1 star because i cant do 0 Employee doesnt know how to do anything. He had to call his boss probably 5-6 times to ask him how to do ground shipping. Its not rocket science. It is not my first time dealing with UPS but the service at this specific location was so terrible i would not go there ever again. I would rather drive 50 miles to a different store than go here.

Old and defective computers. Top of it worst customer service. Never visit this store for printing or computer related services. I wonder if UPS has any quality standard for services in their stores.
