Multiple times, now about 6-8, the driver will not leave an "info notice". Sometimes it is left a day late and at a place you would not see it. Other times it is not left at all. In this most recent case I was home all day waiting for the package. So at 1:30PM, since I had a medical appointment for extensive testing I could not delay, I called the number on the info notice for the first attempt that was left after the 2nd attempt. I was told the packages were being sent back to the shipper because they tried at 11:30AM and I was not home. Not only was I home, I was at the computer only 4 feet away from the apartment buzzer. UPS drivers have often done this. I asked people in the community room and they said they saw NO driver today. Just make out the slip and dont bother to deliver the package. The worst part is that I can not go over there by bicycle and will need to try and take a bus or walk over. I would not mind if I was away, but I was there waiting since 9AM! Now buzzer, no paper left, nothing. It was nice when this shipper used the US Postal service, the products got to me on time and without a lot of extra fuss. CK

I will never use ups ever again. They offer very basic information when you call to track a package, you can get the same information from tracking the package online. They dont give you a delivery time like Fed Ex does. They just tell you it will be there between the hours of 7am-7pm today. I use a lot of shipping and I will never use ups. And if I order something and they offer ups as a shipper I will not buy the product from that vender because ups is the shipper. I am so utterly disappointed with ups as a whole, even the customer service people are rude and inexperienced or, not very intelligent at their positions. Even the supervisor was a ditz. Good luck if you use ups as your shipper, I know you wont do it for long.

Terrible. With Fed Ex and USPS, I usually get my packages a day ahead, even with bad weather. With UPS however, waited all day a few weeks ago for a package to come in, delivery date was set to that day. 7PM, status update to "delay of delivery due to bad weather"...when there was no bad weather at all....got package next day. Just yesterday, same thing again. Wait around all day because thats the date it was promised to be here. Cold, but sunny day. Again "delay due to bad weather" So sick of dealing with them. Its at the point I refuse to order anything from a company online that uses UPS.

UPS generates automatic email messages that do NOT agree with their actual deliveries: a rug delivery left at a mini-mart Access Point ??? I dont think so. This rug got returned to West Elm and the order cancelled. The second rug order was promised by email for Saturday. After changing plans in order to be home at that time, a new email says "its coming today" (FRIDAY)....and Im at work. Why do they make more work than is necessary for their drivers ???? And the website does not begin to be user-friendly.

I had a interview in this place about 3 weeks ago they walked me around for a tour to see how the job is done it was a waste of time no call no email the worst experience ive had at a job interview and i really wanted to work for them and like always judging by appearance and let me tell you the most racist vibe i got from that place but then again they hire a friend of mines that went there the same day for a interview got hired and quits in a week thats was a good choice by them

Do live chat customer service, because if you call the main customer service number they will do absolutely nothing. Package was delayed due to a snow storm, but then wasnt delivered the next day, and told me I would have to wait an additional 3 days for delivery. The local store said they will make the package available for pickup late in the afternoon so I dont have to wait 3 more days. I am happy they at least made up for their mistake and I can get my item today.

Awful service and mismanagement. Ordered a package that was scheduled to be delivered Friday. Package was on time and at my local hub when they shipped it back out to another hub 2 hours away and wouldnt deliver it Saturday.. When I requested to hold the package to pick it up they said I couldnt and I would have to wait for Monday. So because of UPSs screw up Im out my package when I needed it for the weekend.

This a PSA for UPS drivers to watch whos following you in your truck. Just yesterday I saw a car parked outside my house immediately after a UPS drop off. They sped off once I pulled up behind them. If I were you, I would look at the increase in the rate of these instances and look at it as an increase in risk aND ask for higher pay so you can functiom as more of a security detail in the field. This is the only UPS location I go to because they are consistently friendly and helpful! I had to check their hours and when I saw that they had such poor Google reviews I was surprised, its like this is not even the same place!?! In truth, I have never had to call them, but still it doesnt make sense...they have a great team in general and Ive never had any issues with them.

THEY SUCK! I call and get put on hold, or no one answers Because i work i cant be here to sign for my package, but no they wont let me sign the back of the info slip so they can just leave it on the porch. but they also wont tell me how to get my package without having to drive to their facility over an hour away. I work, my neighbors work. UPS is BS!

I payed $22 dollars for 2 day delivery which means if i want my package in 2 days ill have to go pick it up or wait another day, which also means ill have to hang around the house all day since they cant give me an exact time table. and im sure theyll blame the company that sent my package even though i checked into it already

3rd time in a month package delivered to wrong address. today neighbors package delivered to me. rural residential neighborhood with ALL houses clearly marked by mailbox AND on house itself !! TERRIBLE SERVICE ! PLUS package was left ourside, uncovered in wet weather. 5 more steps and delivery man could have put it on covered porch !!

If there is a 0 Star i would give them 10 of them really. expecting the items to arrive 2/10 and they said the earliest would be 2/16 even though it said online On Vehicle for delivery expected by the END OF the DAY on 2/10. Call them to see if I can pick it up myself and they said "Oh, its not available for pick up!!!" like for real
