When my regular mailman is on duty, all is wonderful. But, whenever there is a substitute or he is on vacation, I most likely will not receive mail at all. I have handicap delivery to the house, and there is a notice in the mailbox verifying the need for house delivery. They NEVER honor that certification and the mail is left at the bottom of the driveway which makes it very difficult for me to get. I have to ask someone to get it for me. I have not received mail for 3 days straight; called the PO twice about it and still, today, it was left at the bottom. I am really upset since they just dont seem to care at all. The customer service is lacking and it really seems like nobody is in charge to handle issues.

Poorest customer service Ive had from a postal office. The worker on the phone did not express any interest in helping find my undelivered package or provide any support as to how I might track it down - which is especially upsetting during the holidays when I am under a time crunch. I, at the most, hope for someone who can be informative of the phone, but the worker I spoke do was down right rude and disrespectful. I would highly suggest using a different postal office, if you can, because I would not trust this office to complete my orders as needed.

I waited in line for 10 minutes, but that I had planned for. When I was finally called to the counter, I told them I had the address, though I was missing the zip code. The employee there told me I needed a zip code or they couldnt send it. I was under the impression that this was a post office in the year 2016. I wish I had a working phone on me to do a simple Google search. The employee completely neglected to do the smallest amount of work to help a patron send their package which I was already prepared to spend too much money for.

Unbelievably rude, hung up on me mid sentence, told me they didnt have my package after i had received confirmation it was there and when I insisted he recheck and apparently ruined his day in the process, what would you know it was there. Also lost two subsequent packages i had sent there and continually prove to be inept and rude every single chance they get. All these incompetent useless employees need to be fired and start from scratch.

Never deliver my packages and the delivery updates show delivered or that I wasnt home. Interesting seeing I was mowing my front lawn and said hello to the carrier as he walked by. Called in to get a status on delivery and they told me if Im expecting a package I should be there. Rude and not interested in even attempting to assist. For such a great town to move into this may be the worst post office in America. Such a shame.

This post office does not deserve 1 star. I moved to Wallingford 8 months ago and my mail has not been delivered at all, even after multiple visits to the post office. Not only do the employees not care but they are not willing to help. After speaking with my neighbors I was told this is how the Wallingford post office operates. They decide wether or not theyll deliver the mail.

Called back in response to a missed phone call I had received. After Gary, one of the supervisors picked up the phone, he denied any possibility that I had received a phone call. He then gave me no chance to explain I was expecting a call no promptly hung up he phone. No customer service at all, how someone like that becomes a supervisor is beyond me.

Keep loosing my packages and then tell me "amazon has a very good return policy." Seriously! Again yesterday, I was home all day they never delivers the package. Looked up and it says they attempted to deliver and left and note and instructions. No one came and no instructions left!! If I could I avoid using usps by any means!

Theres always a long line with only ONE employee working behind the counter even during busy times. Also poor costumer service with this one particularly employee who always looks miserable and rude.
