I have been a loyal customer for many years. I would like to take this opportunity to say that the quality of service offered by Jim MacFarlane and all of his employees has been excellent. Every aspect of service has been exemplary and every employee has been knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. I have used a wide variety of the services that are offered both personally and professionally: UPS and USPS domestic and international shipping, packing, mailboxes, USAA bank deposits, notary services, document shredding, fax, print and copy services. Each interaction I have has always been pleasant. I really appreciate the attention to detail and quality of service that has been provided to me consistently. I highly recommend them to others.

So, I never been to UPS store in Wallingford. So I get to N Plains Industrial RD and Im driving up and down looking for the UPS store. I thinking that the place is a brown color since all the UPS trucks are brown. So I still trying to find the place and stop at a lock service place and ask where is UPS store. They go up this street on the right side you will see UPS. So I start driving again, dont see no UPS and then I stop again at some place and ask again where UPS and come to find out that is next door to where I stop at and the UPS store is "WHITE". The main color of UPS is brown so why would they have WHITE painted place. No wonder I couldnt find it. The place it WHITE!!!!!

I use UPS store for mailboxes, shipping, and receiving, but also for printing business cards, misc supplies, the occasional notary, making high-volume copies, and secure shredding. I have always been treated fair and I look forward to a nice greeting whenever I walk in. Theyre careful to keep any lines short. Aside from the great service I have experienced, I see them routinely helping customers who may be out of their depth with shipping, especially when sending big items, or sending things overseas. They can walk anyone through the process and make it simple & easy. highly recommended

I just wanted to Thank Jim MacFarlane from The Wallingford UPS store for his wonderful service! He recently made me tickets for my bridal (Jack/Jill) shower. He took the time to help me plan them, make sure that everything was edited and designed correctly and then printed. them. They were very reasonably priced. Much higher quality than I have gotten elsewhere! The biggest thing of all was that they were done within a days notice. Thanks Jim! I highly recommend your printing and stores services!

A friend recommended I use this UPS store to print Program Booklets for an awards dinner. I was not disappointed! Not only did they beat the competitions price, but their quality and customer service was outstanding. All of the dinner attendees were wowed when they saw the programs. Since that time, I have used the UPS Store to print posters and cards as well. Quality is always impeccable. I highly recommend them!!

I have been using the UPS store in Wallingford for various shipping and printing needs for a few years now. Jim MacFarlane, the owner, has been so helpful with what ever question I bring him. The staff there is knowledgeable and efficient, it never takes long to ship anything. Last year they moved to a new new locations and it is so much easier to get in and out now.

Excellent, friendly & fast service, best price! I ordered 100 30-pagecolor bound booklets on Thursday morning and they were complete by the end of the day! They also had the lowest price around! Very fast turnaround time, low price and great looking professional booklets! I highly recommend them!
