Our family van broke down off of interstate 84 with a pop-up in tow on the July 4th 2010 weekend. We were en route to Virginia from Cape Cod. AAA put us in contact with Coach Works. AAA said the pop-up would not be towed. Mike and Chris not only performed the tows for both van and camper but shuttled our family and belongings to a nearby hotel. They were more than courteous and this at the end of a very hot summer day. Chris, pouring sweat, remained far more professional and polite than I would have been and Mike offered to look under the hood for a quick diagnostic. Even tho their shop was closed for the holiday this is how one wants a bad situation to begin. Good people performing professionally. To be continued.....

This outfit is linked to AAA towing service so by default your car may get towed here. It is very expensive but hit or miss on competence. For example, theres a $90 charge for reading codes which almost all other garages have done away with-- you can buy a code reader for $40 at Autozone or just drive your car in and theyll do it for free. In our case, this garage installed a sensor and cleared the codes for $200+. Unfortunately for us the "check engine" light came on while driving home. Rather than return to Classic Coachworks, I drove to Autozone, pulled the code, purchased a length of 7/32nds vacuum hose, installed it in the lot and was on my way.

Stay away! They act like they want to help but they dont show up or call to explain why, did this to me twice. Business must be good for them. That woman that answers the phone must have worked at a tuck stop, the worst!
